I'm Ariana Myers, founder of Vershina Consulting. I work at the intersection of aging, care, technology, and commercialization—helping organizations understand emerging opportunities and turn promising ideas into strategies that work in the real world.
Vershina means summit, the highest point. What draws me to summits is not simply the climb, but the perspective they provide.
Above the cloudline, the landscape looks different. Patterns emerge. Connections become visible. Features that seemed unrelated from below reveal themselves as parts of the same system.
Organizations need that perspective too. Aging and care are being reshaped by demographic change, advances in longevity science, artificial intelligence, workforce constraints, and changing expectations about how and where we age. Navigating that landscape requires more than a good technology or a compelling vision. It requires understanding how innovation fits into real markets, organizations, workflows, communities, and lives.
Vershina exists to connect those perspectives and help turn insight into action.
My work spans strategy, commercialization, innovation, and implementation.
Drawing on experience across finance, scientific research, healthcare, caregiving, and health technology, I help leaders evaluate opportunities, understand complex markets, connect the right partners, and determine what it will take for an idea to succeed beyond the drawing board.
That may mean helping an emerging company enter the aging market, evaluating where AI can create meaningful value, developing a commercialization or partnership strategy, or helping an organization translate innovation into a workable model of care or service delivery.
Aging & care innovation — emerging care models, caregiving, community-based aging, and the systems needed to support longer lives
Technology & AI — evaluating technologies based on evidence, market need, workflow fit, adoption, and real-world utility
Commercialization & market strategy — market entry, positioning, value propositions, go-to-market strategy, and pilot development
Partnerships & ecosystems — connecting innovators, care organizations, research, capital, and strategic partners to move ideas forward
Strategic advisory — helping leaders navigate complex opportunities and make consequential decisions with greater clarity
I work with organizations shaping the future of aging and care, including healthtech and AgeTech companies, care and senior living organizations, research institutions and academic spinouts, investors and innovation organizations, and companies entering the aging and longevity market.
My perspective comes from working across sectors that often operate separately: finance, science, technology, healthcare, caregiving, and care delivery.
That allows me to see both sides of innovation: what is possible and what it takes to make it work.
The goal isn't innovation for its own sake. It's to identify worthwhile problems, bring the right perspectives together, and build strategies and solutions that can succeed in the environments where people actually live, age, and receive care.
If you're developing a technology, service, care model, or strategy for the future of aging and care, let's connect
